Tim Kelleher is a Managing Partner of Silver Canyon Group and Managing Partner of KMCP Advisors II.  KMCP was formerly known as PCG Corporate Partners Advisors II, a spin-off from Pacific Corporate Group Holdings.  Prior to this, Mr. Kelleher was a Partner and Senior Vice President with Desai Capital Management responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring leveraged buyouts and later-stage growth financings.  Prior to that, Mr. Kelleher was an Associate with Entrecanales, Inc., where he identified, analyzed and negotiated later-stage growth capital and management buyout investment opportunities for a Madrid-based family.  Before that, Mr. Kelleher was an Associate with L.F. Rothschild & Co. where he executed leveraged finance for buyouts and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments.  Mr. Kelleher began his career in the audit practice of Arthur Young & Company.  Mr. Kelleher received his Masters in Accounting from New York University and his BA in History from Hamilton College. Mr. Kelleher is currently a Director of Allied Resource Corporation, Backyard Broadcasting, eCORP, Orbcomm, and Sunflower Farmers Market.

Douglas Meltzer is a Managing Partner of Silver Canyon Group and Managing Partner of KMCP Advisors II.  KMCP was formerly known as PCG Corporate Partners Advisors II, a spin-off from Pacific Corporate Group Holdings.  Prior to this, Mr. Meltzer was a Principal at The Blackstone Group where he was involved in sourcing and executing private equity investments in a broad range of industries.  Before that, Mr. Meltzer had similar responsibilities as a Vice President at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners.  Mr. Meltzer also served in an operating capacity as the Director of Strategic Development at EZ Buy, EZ Sell Recycler Inc.  Mr. Meltzer received his BA from Cornell University and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.  Mr. Meltzer is currently a Director of Allied Resource Corporation, eCORP, Lincoln Paper & Tissue, and RP Holdings Group.

Gabriel Garcia is a Vice President of Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Garcia previously worked as an Associate of Platinum Equity a Beverly Hills-based global private equity fund, from 2007 to 2009. At Platinum, he was responsible for financial due diligence, evaluation and analysis of acquisition opportunities. Prior to Platinum he was a Senior Associate in the transaction services practice of KPMG LLP, where he provided financial due diligence and advisory services to strategic and financial investors. He began his career in 2002 in the Audit practice of KPMG LLP. Mr. Garcia received his BA in Business-Economics and minor in Accounting from UCLA in 2002 and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012.

Chris Konzen is an Associate with Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Konzen previously worked as an Associate for Sagent Advisors in San Francisco, from 2009 to 2012, where he was involved in the execution of several M&A transactions. While at Sagent Advisors, Mr. Konzen helped Silver Canyon analyze several investment opportunities. He began his career in 2007 as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Wachovia Securities. Mr. Konzen received his BA in Business-Economics and minor in Accounting from UCLA in 2007.


Samantha Sacks is the Chief Financial Officer of Silver Canyon Group and KMCP Advisors II. Ms. Sacks previously worked with Mr. Kelleher and Meltzer for over two years at Pacific Corporate Group, where she was CFO. Prior to this, she was CFO of hedge fund Torrey Pines Capital Management. Ms. Sacks began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Cape Town, South Africa, and then in Philadelphia, PA. She then worked for CIGNA Corporation where she assisted in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley and was a Controller in the group insurance division. Ms. Sacks completed her undergraduate and graduate work (Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She is an active CPA, licensed in California and Pennsylvania. Ms. Sacks is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Financial Executives Networking Group, the CFO Roundtable, and the Southern California Compliance Group.




Bernie Andrews is a Senior Advisor to Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Andrews has been a Director of Sunflower Farmers Market, a KMCP investment, since 2007. Mr. Andrews served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Eye Care Centers of America, a retail optical chain of 380 stores, from 1996 until 2001, and continued to serve as Chairman until 2003. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Andrews was President and COO and a Director of Montgomery Ward-Retail. He was EVP of Store Operations and Marketing and a Director of Circuit City Stores, Inc. from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Andrews was with Montgomery Ward-Retail from 1983 to 1990, serving as President-Hardlines, EVP-Marketing and VP-Home Furnishings. Prior to 1983, Mr. Andrews spent twenty years with Sears, Roebuck & Co. in a number of field and headquarters merchandising, marketing, and operating positions. Mr. Andrews received his B.A. in Retailing and Economics from Marshall University. In addition to Sunflower Farmers Market, Mr. Andrews also currently serves as a Director of Parago, Sentient Medical Systems, B&M Racing, Action Target, and Tulsa Power Holdings.




Fir Geenen is a Senior Advisor to Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Geenen is the founder and managing member of Harlingwood Investment Partners, a private investment management firm focused on investing in and supporting small public companies. Prior to founding Harlingwood, Mr. Geenen was a Principal and Senior Managing Director at Relational Investors, where he joined in 2007 and initiated and managed a $600 million mid-cap activist investment fund. Mr. Geenen founded Harlingwood Partners in 1996 and Harlingwood Equity Partners, a $250 million middle market private equity firm, in 1999. Through the Harlingwood entities, he has assisted a number of management teams in executing growth and value creation strategies in a variety of industries including transportation, financial services, business services, health care, manufacturing, consumer products and retail. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Geenen served as an Executive Vice President of Laidlaw Inc., where he conceived, researched and launched Laidlaw's investment in the ambulance industry, purchasing over 40 ambulance companies and profitably growing subsidiary MedTrans revenue to $750 million before merging MedTrans with American Medical Response. Prior to 1992, Mr. Geenen worked with management consultant Boston Consulting Group and Burns Fry, Ltd. Mr. Geenen has served on the Boards of Directors of a number of public and private companies and served as the Chairman of Interface Security Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. In addition, he served on the Board of Trustees of The Scripps Foundation, San Diego Children's Hospital, The Children of the Californias Foundation and The Bishop's School.




Michael Hayward is a Senior Advisor to Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Hayward retired as Vice Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of Fleet Boston Financial, a $300 billion financial services firm, in 2000. During his twelve year tenure, Mr. Hayward was responsible for numerous staff functions, including information technology, corporate internet strategy, bank operations, marketing and advertising, and quality management and re-engineering. He also headed several profit and loss divisions and operating companies, including consumer banking, small business and commercial banking, Fleet Mortgage Company, Option One, and AFSA Data Corp. Mr. Hayward joined Fleet as an EVP in 1987 from General Re Corp., where he had been a senior executive since 1974, serving most recently as President and CEO of General Re Services Corp and Corporate VP of Administration of the parent company. Mr. Hayward was the subject of a Harvard Business School case study in 1989 which focused on the role of the Chief Information Officer. He was the 1987 recipient of The Achievement in Managing Information Technology Award granted by the Carnegie-Mellon School of Industrial Administration. Mr. Hayward holds several patents including his 1986 invention of a computer terminal outlet that makes mainframe computer terminals portable. He is the author of the "Four-S Outsourcing Model" and a co-author of "Information Technology in Action Trends and Perspectives." He is also a former member of a task force established by President Reagan to identify cost reduction opportunities in the Federal government and was Chairman of the Financial Services Roundtable Subcommittee on Legislation and Regulation charged with interacting with Congress on issues related to technology in the banking industry. Mr. Hayward received his M.S. and B.S. in Business Administration from Pace University. He is a former Director of VISA, U.S.A. and Chairman of its Systems and Operations Committee (1993-2003), a Director of VISA International (2000-2004), and Chairman of Inovant (VISA's worldwide processing company) (2000-2004).




Dan Herring is a Senior Advisor to Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Herring has been a Director of Lincoln Paper & Tissue, a KMCP investment, since 2005. Mr. Herring currently serves as VP Finance & Administration at ILC Dover, a manufacturer of highly-engineered aerospace and defense products, where he heads the finance, human resources, and information technology groups. Prior to joining ILC Dover, Mr. Herring served as Chief Financial Officer and in other operational and financial senior management positions for Irving Consumer Products, a manufacturer of specialty paper and tissue products, Sappi Fine Paper, S.D. Warren., and Scott Paper Company. Mr. Herring received his BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama and is a Certified Management Accountant.




Dan Pittard is a Senior Advisor to Silver Canyon Group. Mr. Pittard served as President and CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors of Rubio's Restaurants, from 2006 until 2010, and continues to serve as a Director. He has served in key executive positions at companies including McKinsey & Company; PepsiCo, Inc.; and Amoco Corp. (now part of BP p.l.c.). Mr. Pittard served a wide range of industrial, consumer, and technology companies as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 1980 to 1992, for whom he helped develop profitable growth strategies and build new organizational capabilities. During his tenure at PepsiCo from 1992 to 1995, he held several senior executive positions including SVP of Operations for PepsiCo Foods International and SVP and General Manager of New Ventures for Frito-Lay. In this latter position, he worked with Taco Bell Corp. to create retail products and introduce them into supermarkets. At Amoco from 1995 to 1998, he had responsibility for several businesses with over $8 billion in revenues, including Amoco's retail business that had 8,000 locations. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Pittard served as SVP of Strategy and Business Development for Gateway, where he was also the Chief Strategy Officer responsible for business development, acquisitions, and new ventures. Since 1999, Mr. Pittard has invested in and consulted for private companies. He served on the Board of Novatel Wireless, a publicly traded company, from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Pittard graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Management and received an MBA from Harvard University.
